COMPOSTERS FOR CITY RESIDENTS Thunder Bay City Council has approved a 2008 Composter Subsidy program once again for City residents. They are available at EcoSuperior’s office, 212 Miles Street East between May & Simpson, for $25.00, cash or cheque only. Proof of address is required to purchase.
