PROTECT OUR STREAMS
Streams and the vegetation on either
side of them have a profound influence
on the quality of water and habitat in
rivers and lakes downstream. Even small
trickles of water that are too small to
appear on a map will contribute to the
health of the entire river network.
Stream corridors provide natural flood
control, maintain water quality and
quantity, recycle nutrients, and are
home to many species of fish, plants and
animals.
Do you want to do your part to protect
streams and the life in them? Drop by
our office and pick up the Protect
Our Streams information kit. You can
also give us a call and we will direct
your inquiry to the appropriate place,
or email
